Overview
In Southeast Asian countries, it is comparable enough to observe where each is in the charts. And just like other countries, Thailand has its fair share of challenges when it comes to protecting data and implementing security measures in systems and softwares.
According to research, the integrated risk management market will experience double-digit growth through 2024 and the need for solutions and services such as cloud security, application security, zero trust network access (ZTNA), and threat intelligence is booming to address the vulnerabilities caused by overly exposed enterprise data. The acceleration of digital transformation among enterprises emitted a fuel that drove for positive correlation between the amount of data created and the proliferation of cyber attacks. However, when it comes to the number of cybersecurity experts present in the country, it is not congruent with the dramatic increase in attacks and the damages it causes to enterprises. With sensitive data from various organizations across sectors; companies are prompted to beef up security measures.
The first in Thailand, rockbird media is launching its ITSEC Asia which will be attended by CIOs and Directors from across industry to strengthen enterprises’ security and protect its important data and information.

Testimonials
“You have the right target market. It’s the same market we have been trying to tap in the past couple of months and we’d like to impart the latest technology as I’ve mentioned earlier to the C-level because normally when we conduct our meetings it’s normally with the IT Manager and not really to the upper management or top management. So I believe this is the right format. The one-on-one session was the most appealing during this event because we were able to sit down with the target market, the certain C-level Executive that we’ve been wanting to schedule a meeting with”.
Anna Abola
Marketing Manager, Lenovo
“Rockbird Media knows who to target for their events. In that way, attending events like this becomes more worthwhile because of the relevance of the topic with the challenges that the attendees are facing”.
Alexander Martin Aquino
Digital Product Head, i-Pay Commerce Ventures
The facilitation session, the one-on-one, these special sessions really give the participants a focused discussion with the experts and they can get their advice they can get their opinions and that would help the participants reflect on what they are doing wrong and probably correct it eventually. When I look at the variety of topics, they are the hot topics, the critical issues, and the emerging technologies. Like IoT, data privacy, digital transformation; these are “in” things that every business has nowadays must face. These are all inevitable.
[If I were to tell my peers about the event,] I would recommend them to attend it because of the vast knowledge that they’ll get, the opinions and the expertise of these known individuals in their fields. They will really help them in their businesses.
Randall Evangelista CIPM, CRISC
Data Privacy Director, Cebu Air Inc.
“The event was very fruitful, I learned so much and was able to connect to many leaders in the InfoSec community”.
Sherwin Billones
Information Security Analyst, San Miguel Brewery Inc.
